What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a live, interactive gaming entertainment experience. Players are locked in a room with hints, clues and puzzles for 60 minutes and have to work together to escape before time runs out.
What is a Virtual Reality Escape Room?
A Virtual Reality Escape Room is a virtual, interactive gaming experience in a real physical space. Players are in a virtual location with hints, clues and puzzles for 40 minutes and have to work together to escape before time runs out.
Is there an age restriction? Is it suitable for children?
This game is available for anyone aged 12 years or older. Participants younger than 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I wear my glasses or contact lenses?
Yes, we allow you to wear your glasses or contacts. Our headsets will be worn over the top.
Will I get motion sickness?
Our technology allows you to physically move in the virtual space and reduces the possibility of getting motion sickness.
What is the price for a game?
All games are $49.95 per person. You can see available times and make a booking through our booking page. Payment is due at the time of booking.
What is the minimum number of participants?
The minimum booking is for two participants per game. Please note that your booking is completely private.
Is there an age restriction?
Our recommended age is 14 and over. Participants under 14 years of age can play our escape rooms but must have at least one adult (18+) present in the group. Children 5 and under are free (VR rooms are restricted to 12+).
There are no restrictions for participants ages 14 and older. At least one adult (18+) must accompany the group to sign the waivers. Participants under the age of 14 may find some of the challenges too confusing or difficult to solve.
How can I book a room?
If you are booking a room more than 24 hours in advance we kindly ask you pre-book through our website as our escape room times are limited and rooms can fill up days or even weeks in advance for peak time-slots.
Short notice, same day bookings are subject to room availability. Please give us a call at (441) 293-3948 to check our escape room availability for the day or view our booking page.
Minimum and maximum capacities for our escape rooms still apply for walk-in bookings.
When should I show up for my booking?
We recommend showing up 15 minutes prior to your start time. We need to have the escape rooms start on time for future bookings throughout the day.
What should I do before I arrive?
All players are required to complete an online waiver before arrival. You can find a link in your reservation confirmation.
Do you offer corporate team building?
Yes, we book private & corporate events subject to availability. We can coordinate events of any size, but our maximum number of simultaneous players in our facilities is 32 people. Please give us a call at (441) 293-3948 for details. A deposit is required upon booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds will be provided, but we will provide a full credit to use towards a future booking if we are notified more than 1 hour in advance of the reservation start time. Please call us at (441) 293-3948 prior to your start time to request a credit or to reschedule your start time.
No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we are not notified about a booking cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no shows. If your group does have a cancellation please call us at (441) 293-3948 at least 1 hour prior to your start time to receive credit towards a future booking.
How do I change my reservation?
Please email us at info@escaperoombermuda.bm or call (441) 293-3948 for changes to your booking at least 24 hours ahead of your booking time.
