Cancellation Policy

 

No refunds will be provided, but we will provide a full credit to use towards a future booking if we are notified more than 1 hour in advance of the reservation start time. Please call us at (441) 293-3948 prior to your start time to request a credit or to reschedule your start time.

 

No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we are not notified about a booking cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows. If your group does have a cancellation please call us at (441) 293-3948 at least 1 hour prior to your start time to receive credit towards a future booking.
